- 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1/4 cantaloupe, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 2 teaspoons honey

Cantaloupe Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
Instructions:
Combine cantaloupe chunks, yogurt, raspberries, and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes 2 servings.
Cantaloupe Cherry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and sliced
- 1/2 cup apple or apricot juice
- 2-3 pitted cherries
- 1/4 cup raspberries or blackberries
- 3-4 ice cubes
